Compliance Statement SexVids.org is not a producer of any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. All videos are embedded from third-party websites. We do not create, upload, or host any adult content.
Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, all persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct on SexVids.org were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
Record-Keeping Requirements All required records (including identification documents) are maintained by the primary producer or custodian of records for each embedded video. SexVids.org does not have access to or control over these records.
Exempt Content Content that is exempt from 2257 record-keeping (e.g., non-sexually explicit material, simulated conduct, or content produced before July 3, 1995) is labeled accordingly where applicable.
